Service Call Warranty Information:
Workmanship performed and materials replaced on your repair are warranted for thirty days after date of delivery. If trouble develops in work performed, replacement of defective parts will be made free of charge. Parts not replaced are not subject to guarantee.

Garage door is warranted for 90 days parts and labor. Manufactures warranty includes a limited lifetime warranty against splitting, cracking and rust through. Manufacture warranty on garage doors can vary by model. Warranty is void if garage door is hit, shut on something, or not properly maintained.
Garage Door Opener Warranty Information:
Garage door openers are warranted for 90 days parts and labor. Manufactures warranty includes 4 year motor warranty on model 3255 lifetime motor warranty on model 3265, lifetime motor and lifetime belt warranty on models 3280 and 3585. Warranty is void if garage door opener is hit by lightening, takes a power surge, or not properly maintained.
